Debbie Levy is a board-certified and insured freelance permanent makeup artist and permanent jewelry specialist based in New Jersey. She founded Inked & Linked in 2023 after discovering the difference she could make in people’s lives through micropigmentation, particularly through tattooing areolas on breast cancer survivors.
Having gone through a breast cancer scare at 28, Debbie knows how lifechanging that emotional journey can be and ultimately wants to be a resource to people who are looking to feel comfortable in their own skin again. Whether someone has gone through a mastectomy, botched surgery, weight loss surgery, gender transition, or they have scars they’re looking to cover, Debbie’s goal is to help people feel seen and find a sense of normalcy in a way that so many others often take for granted. Debbie feels so strongly about this that she plans to donate 10% of all proceeds from Inked & Linked to breast cancer research.
In addition to her micropigmentation skills, Debbie also provides permanent jewelry services for those looking to commemorate a memory, relationship, or who simply want to participate in a fun trend. Whether it’s a cancer patient and a loved one, a couple, families, or a group of friends getting ready to graduate, Debbie’s ultimate goal is to help commemorate special moments in people’s lives and bring them positivity through something fun, simple, and meaningful.
Debbie provides permanent makeup application and micropigmentation removal services at Beauty Bar by Camila Mello in Livingston, NJ. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation under their New Jersey Gold program.
