A Safe Space Designed Especially for You

At Inked & Linked by Debra Levy, every service is more than just a procedure, it’s a deeply personal experience, created with care, compassion, and intention.

I am specially trained in trauma-informed practices, which means I understand how important it is to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and respected, both emotionally and physically. Whether you’re visiting for a paramedical tattoo, scar revision, you’ll always be welcomed with empathy, patience, and zero judgment.

Every step of your appointment is communicated clearly, with your comfort and dignity at the center. You’ll never feel rushed or pressured, and accommodations are always available to honor your unique needs.

This is more than a studio, it’s a safe, supportive space where healing and self-expression meet, created for you to feel empowered and at home in your own skin again.

ABOUT US

I’m Debra Levy, a board-certified permanent makeup artist through the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM Gold Program), a Professional Tattooist Member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists (APT), and a permanent jewelry specialist based in New Jersey.

At 28, I faced a breast cancer scare that led to a lumpectomy, leaving me with a scar that forever changed the way I viewed healing, identity, and confidence. That experience became the driving force behind my mission: helping others reclaim their sense of wholeness and feel comfortable in their own skin again.

Today, I hold 14 certifications from top trainers worldwide, including specialized training in trauma-informed care, ensuring every service I provide is rooted in safety, empathy, and precision. Whether someone has undergone a mastectomy, weight-loss surgery, gender transition, or carries scars that affect how they see themselves, my goal is always the same: to create results that help them feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Alongside paramedical tattooing, I also provide permanent jewelry, a meaningful way for clients to commemorate relationships, milestones, and personal journeys.

And because healing is bigger than one person or one studio, I donate 10% of all proceeds from Inked & Linked to breast cancer research, a cause that will always remain close to my heart.

Above all, Inked & Linked is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment where every person and every story matters. Your comfort, dignity, and empowerment guide everything I do.
